If my details are on your website, how did they get here?
If your company has information in the public domain we may have already entered information on it. In compiling the directory we have drawn on many sources worldwide.
If the information you have is not correct, can it be changed?
Yes, you can do this yourself. Once you have registered (see answer to FAQ below) you will be able to review and alter your details.
My company does not appear on your website - can it be added?
Yes. In fact you can do this yourself. Please feel free to register using the Login in the left-hand column. Once your registration has been validated (via an automated email sent to your registered email address), you will be able to enter your company's details by clicking on the Create Listing section in the right-hand column. When you have completed the details you want to appear in the directory and submitted them (subject to our moderator's approval), they will be released into the live directory within 48 hours.
Is it going to cost me anything?
A basic entry is free and can be changed by you as often as needed. However, the majority of visitors to Biotech Informa will want to know a little more about you and see your website, as well as contact you by phone or email. If you wish to add further details, we make a charge - please see Create Listing form or Contact Us for further details.
I would like to put in some details about my company or my products. How much will it cost me?
We make a charge for this service. As you fill in the additional sections, the charges will be displayed within the section.
Can I add my website details, a logo or an image which represents my company?
Yes, you can add a link to your website, a small logo for the category page and a larger image for the details page. There will be a charge for these items.
How do I pay for the extra details I want to add?
Once you have logged on and updated your entry, you will receive an email advising you of the total cost of the "not for free" options. You can make a direct payment by bank transfer or ask us to Invoice you. All enhanced entries last for one year.
Will my changes show straight away?
All changes will go through our moderator for security reasons and will normally show within 48 hours.
Can you remove my entry?
If you would like us to remove your entry please contact us in writing and we will action your request as soon as possible. If you have any questions or comments about using the directory, please Contact Us.
